Unlike the restrictive stock manifold, our design optimizes airflow and reduces piston resistance, minimizing power loss and boosting overall performance. This bolt-on kit easily replaces the factory manifold and can be reverted back to stock if needed.

The product is provided with bellows and an oxygen sensor mounting part, and a dedicated gasket is included for the joints where the manifold is connected. The original manifold is made of cast iron and has a primary catalyst. It has high resistance, is heavy, and is not smooth.

The manifold to be replaced for tuning purposes has a smooth line to minimize resistance and is made of stainless steel instead of cast iron. Remove the original manifold and install the Maintec manifold specifically for the Beta engine. Be sure to install bolts one by one and check the tightening torque. Since it is a part that does not need to be loosened for a while once tightened, care must be taken to prevent leaks or loosening.
