Upgrade your exhaust system with a complete long tube header kit designed for GM GMT900 trucks and SUVs. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, these headers feature a long tube design with mandrel-bent tubing to improve exhaust flow compared to factory manifolds. The included off-road Y pipe replaces the factory catalytic converter section and is intended for off-road and competition use only. Fits GMT900 platform only Does NOT fit 2007 Classic old body style. This kit includes basic installation hardware and gaskets for convenience. For optimal sealing and long-term durability, many installers choose to upgrade to a 12-bolt header bolt kit, a 6-piece collector hardware kit, and factory-style MLS header gaskets. Factory exhaust manifold bolts may also be reused if they are in good condition.
