Designed in 2019 by the Black Widow Performance department in to unleash your Tiger 800. We have used the latest in R&D to bring your Tiger up to date with modern performance exhaust systems. Made from our race specification pipework to be lighter while achieving increased power gains. Weight 2.1KG/4.6lbs, saving 1kg/2.2lbs over the original headers at 3.1kg/6.8lbs. Allows the engine to work to full power while improving sound. Accepts the original Lambda sensor (O2 sensor), uses your bikes existing engine management system, no modifications required. Compatible with your original Tiger silencer, Black Widow and any silencer fitted to your original headers.

Please note your bike will become louder without the catalytic converter. This does not require the heat shield, this does not generate the heat of the original catalytic converter. Compatible with the original bash plate/engine guard. 2-day courier deliveries to Northern Ireland, 2-3 days to remote areas of the UK such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Scillies, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man.
