We have developed a solution for this with our range of heat shield coated headers and downpipes!! In testing these downpipes kept the engine bay heat down by over 40C after a dyno run compared to non-coated headers! These headers are a high-quality grade of stainless 304 and will go a beautiful gold colour after a few heat cycles, cheaper stainless often goes a blue/purple. These headers suit both our naturally aspirated and camshaft packages and come in either a CAT or DECATTED version.

This high-quality flow-optimized downpipe from REVHIGH TUNING SOLUTIONS is crafted from V2A stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301) using a tungsten inert gas tig welding process, hand checked and smoother for optimal flow! By reducing the exhaust gas back pressure, an increase in power and torque is achieved and the thermal load on the periphery is reduced.
