Improves engine's ability to breathe and cooler operating engine temperature. Designed as a direct replacement for the factory manifolds, using the stock crossover pipe. They are well suited for lowered and raised vehicles, street and off-road. Meets EPA and CARB requirements.

3/8 Heavy Duty Laser Cut Port Flanges- No Warping or Leaking. Stainless 16-gauge mandrel bent tubing.

Header Features: Short Tube Style Header; Direct Fit, Bolt-On; Heavy duty laser cut flanges; Premium gaskets and all hardware included; No Welding; Attaches to the OEM crossover pipe. Emission Compliant Carb EO# D-411-13. Designed specifically for the 6.8L Triton V10 engine. Compatible with both EGR and non-EGR factory configurations depending on vehicle year. Headers include provisions for EGR-equipped models when applicable.

Uses factory crossover/Y-pipe; short-tube geometry ensures OEM exhaust routing compatibility. Does not require modification of catalytic converters when installed on listed vehicles. 1.50 mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing improves exhaust flow and reduces backpressure. Precision-formed EGR port design ensures direct compatibility with factory emissions layout.

Laser-cut 3/8 flanges resist warping and maintain a long-lasting leak-free seal. Short-tube layout retains excellent low-end and mid-range torque characteristics.

Compatible with stock heat shields and factory EGR tube routing. Increases efficiency under towing and heavy load by improving exhaust scavenging. Ceramic-coated variants offer reduced underhood temperatures and enhanced corrosion resistance. Direct bolt-on installation with included gaskets and hardware. Tubing Size: 1.50 OD mandrel-bent stainless steel.

Wall Thickness: 16-gauge stainless steel construction. Flanges: 3/8 laser-cut steel flanges, machined flat. EGR Compatibility: Integrated EGR port (on EGR-equipped applications). Finish Options: Stainless or ceramic-coated depending on variant. Position: Left and right short-tube exhaust headers.

Emissions: Designed to retain OEM emissions components where applicable. Hardware: Includes gaskets, bolts, and connection hardware.
