And US spec cars use a 2 bolt flange. MAKE SURE YOUR VEHICLE HAS THE M57 ENGINE IT WILL BE A DIRECT FIT. IF IT HAS THE N57T ENGINE YOU NEED TO EXTEND THE EXHAUST 1-1.5 INCH TO FIT THE DOWNPIPE.

09-13 X5D using this part will fit perfect along with a rawtek midpipe. Some x5 35d with their stock midpipe/cat section might not work please check under the vehicle Where this down pipe ended if there was only a slip fit section just before the def injector you will need the Rawtek midpipe for proper install.
