Port Matched And CNC-Machined; 3/8 in. 16-Gauge Mandrel-Bent Mild Steel Tubing. ARMOR Coat Wont Discolor Like Paint; Chrome; Stainless Steel. Helps Resist Rust And Corrosion.Guaranteed Not To Chip; Peel; Flake For Three Years. Combination Ease Of Installation; Fit; Maximum Performance Gain. Manufactured using mandrel-bent, 16-gauge mild steel tubing and port-matched, CNC-machined, 3/8-thick head flanges.
They are designed for the best combination of ease of installation, fit and maximum performance gain for your vehicle. PaceSetter Performance Headers are available in raw steel or optional ARMORCoat, a polished, 2000 F metallic ceramic coating.
Raw steel headers are delivered with a black coating applied at the factory for pre-installation protection only. It burns off on first use. ARMORCoat wont discolor like paint, chrome or even stainless steel, reduces underhood temperatures, helps the header resist rust and corrosion and is easy to keep clean. The coating itself is guaranteed not to chip, peel or flake for three years.
