High Flow 2.5 merge collector with test pipe. Tri-Y 4-2-1 with step collector design for best HP gain and ground clearance.

2-piece design for easy installation. Will fit with Air Conditioning and Power Steering no modification required bolt on deal. 10+ wheel horsepower on a stock k20z3 engine. FREE HEADER GASKET AND DONUT GASKET NUTS AND WASHER. 90-degree Defouler is included to take care the CEL issue with a test pipe.

1320 Performance 8th Gen Civic SI Header was designed to increase performance and sound of the K20Z3 engine. The header was developed using a proven 4-2-1 Tri-Y design and our step collector design and smooth transitions that deliver power gains almost everywhere in the power band, not just the higher rpm range. Fitment past the subframe and sway bar is perfect with extra clearance available for engine movement.

We start with 44mm primaries that smoothly step into 50mm secondaries and finish with a 2.5-inch exit. Our headers are mandrel bent and made of high quality 304 stainless steel tubing and are fully tig welded. Our header directly replaces the OEM 2 piece design and eliminates the catalytic converter so we included a short 2.5 test pipe with defouler for the secondary O2 sensor. (please check our other auctions we also carry the same header with high flow cat option for those like the extra power but don't want the smell associated with the test pipe). Installation note: It is highly recommended to use a Hasport rear engine mount especially with higher mileage vehicles. The stock mount does not offer the support required to keep the engine movement to a minimum. OFF-ROAD USE ONLY NOT SMOG LEGAL CAN NOT BE USED ON EMISSION CONTROLLED VEHICLE. Remove the stock header and cat and undo the o2 sensor.

Loosen up the factory subframe bolt for easier installation. Remove a bracket on rack n pinion to slide the header onto the engine. Due to CA CARB regulation, this item can not be installed on street legal vehicle 1965 or. That to be used on a public highway.
